1. When will my order ship?

We process orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your KONYRA goodies on their way to you!

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your KONYRA products! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note: customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. — but stay tuned! We hope to offer international shipping soon.
